About the Event

Scampston’s Autumn Community Weekend is your chance to experience the Walled Gardens and Parkland in a different way – for free!

Now in its 8th year, this annual weekend is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to our Ryedale residents for continuing to support our attraction and everything that goes on here. We absolutely love holding this event here at Scampston, it is always a fantastic weekend.

The walled garden, hall gardens and parkland are open throughout both days to explore at your own pace. The Pantry Cafe will be open serving warming drinks and food. 

Rillington Local History Group will also be presenting another local history display in the conservatory during the weekend, as well as an art display! So lots to see and do. 

Scampston's Community Weekend is open to all Ryedale Residents who have a proof of postcode (free entry for up to 2 adults and 3 children per household).
