Join us for an autumn treasure hunt and learn about ways to help wildlife prepare for the winter.
After meeting, we will head into the parkland for a treasure hunt and foraging mission. We will return to the campfire to make and share a warm snack.
Finally, family groups will help build a hibernaculum in the woodland and take away instructions for creating one at home. There will also be a range of bird feeders to make.
This session will complete 2 activities needed to earn the RSPB Wild Challenge Award.
